Oceania Regatta Review

Oceania Cruises is an upscale, premium-shipping company, cruise lines use ships that are smaller than many others. The ship, this paper only managed a total of 684 guests and has a staff guest ratio of 1.71 to 1 Service on the ship is friendly and attentive, as you would expect at sea with a line of premium cruising.

This review took place during a 10-day Mediterranean CruiseLeave Rome and ended in Barcelona. The focus of this assessment is the entire experience of the ship, instead of visiting the experiences discovered during the various ports were.

Embarkation day was without problems. In contrast to the review of the experience with other shipping companies with vessels that serve easily to thousands of people climb the race was fast. Upon arrival at the cruise terminals, our baggage was, and in our transportwe had to walk hundreds of meters fall into one of the carrier. The luggage was then deposited in our room was just after we board the ship. After depositing our luggage with a porter, we asked two brief questionnaires about our health then was a short visit to give check-in desk, a credit card and receive our room key state. The room was "key" is a magnetic stripe card that works both as a payment method and MapIdentification needed to re-board the ship after visiting a port. Once activated, we crossed the safety line in the short and then the ship sailed for the first time. We boarded the ship at about 1:00 clock in the afternoon. Our cabin was not ready yet, but we had to wait a few minutes until we see the word that we could check in our room we were quickly made. Fortunately our luggage was deposited in a safe manner.

Our room was on the main road8th deck This is the highest bridge deck with cabins than 9 contains the small pool with lots of space around the sun and the casual restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy. Deck 10 has a place for walking or jogging along with two specialty restaurants, an Italian and a steak from a local classic and a well stocked library and very comfortable.

Our room included a cover 8 bathroom with shower and bathtub. A double bed with a pillow topMattress. Much drawer and closet space. A sofa and a table and two upholstered chairs in the dining room to accommodate. The size of the room was 322 square feet, but the best part of all was the inclusion of the butler service. This was our first time there is this level of service and was one of the highlights of our experience on the ship. Our friendly butler delivered our breakfast every morning for us. All cabins on the ship can take advantage of room servicebut the breakfast menu is limited to the continental light objects. Our Butler was unable to do anything that we decided to deliver things like French toast and eggs Benedict eat. Another great advantage of the butler service was in the dining room at night. This is served course includes course and the elements in one of the four restaurants of the ship. Shortly after placing our order, one that Butler would come to our table with our salads and thefor us. Setting the table as food was in the restaurant when it was in our room while we are only provided in the garment. Twenty minutes after the start of salads would arrive with the main course, which was then followed by the deletion of the courts and bring our desert. Except for a few nights that were used to try all the restaurants on the ship, the dinner was what we enjoyed ours.

The staff was friendly and eager to serve. OurCabin was very comfortable and the butler was a real joy to live. Our time on the ship was wonderful and we can not wait to try one of the other classes of rooms was to compare experiences on that.
