The letter cites Hogan?s actions during an enrollment controversy and the resignation of his former chief of staff, among other reasons why faculty think he should no longer be president.

Hogan took the job as 18th president of the University of Illinois in 2010, chosen from a field of more than 200 candidates. His tenure started after the 2009 scandal over political influence on admissions, which led to the resignation of his predecessor, B. Joseph White.

3. He must recognize that his wife was created by God to be his help-meet; not help-mate (Genesis 2:18).

4. He must recognize that his wife is of like nature and substance?

6. He must recognize that he and his wife are one, even as Christ and the Church are one:
(a) Adam (Genesis 2:23).

7. He must love his wife as Christ loved the Church (Ephesians 5:2,25-31).

8. He must sacrifice for his wife; give himself even as Christ gave Himself for the Church (Ephesians 5:25).

10. He must cherish ("to impart warmth, foster, care for") his wife

Citigroup says, "We maintain our Neutral rating on SBAC, as we believe fundamentals continue to benefit from a favorable backdrop for site colocation, given carriers continue to expand coverage, deepen capacity, and upgrade to faster mobile broadband services using 3G/4G technologies. We believe SBAC will retain an aggressive posture to either grow through acquisition or to repatriate cash flow to shareholders that would likely be in the form of additional share repurchases over time."

SBAC closed at $46.27 a share on Friday.

I found this video on BlogPaws earlier today. They apparently found it on Facebook, offered by Al Chernoff (from Rescue Ink.) Anyway, I thought it was interesting and worth sharing also.

All of these seem to be commonly held myths and some of them even surface in my veterinary practice on a regular basis. For instance:

• I often see cats that have been injured from falling a long distance. In fact, there is even a name that has been coined for this problem by the veterinary community. It?s called ?high-rise syndrome.?
• I am frequently asked about vegan or vegetarian diets for pets. I?m not a big fan of them for dogs though I?ve seen some dogs do well on them. But for cats, the answer is resoundingly ?no!? Cats need animal proteins in their diet. They cannot remain healthy on a strictly vegan or vegetarian diet.
• The myth that cats cannot get along with dogs? I have many clients that have both dogs and cats that live peacefully together. My brother and sister-in-law live with four cats and a dog who get along with each other. Growing up, we had a dog and cat that actually slept together. Are there cats that do not like dogs? Yes, there are. And vice versa. But in most cases, cats and dogs can live peacefully together and sometimes even become good friends.
• Cats are low maintenance? Their needs are different than a dog?s needs. However, they do require attention and care, just like any other pet.
• Can cats get rabies? Yes, they can. In fact, in my years of veterinary practice, there have been a handful of cats that tested positive for rabies in the community in which I live and work. Cats need rabies vaccines, just like dogs!
